These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“T&Cs”) govern all sales and services provided by COLEMOI UK Ltd (“the Seller”) through its main website and official online store to any consumer or professional customer (“the Customer”).

3.2 Services Offered

COLEMOI UK Ltd does not act as an ISO certification body.

3.3 Nature of Services

ASPS services are provided under a best-efforts obligation.

COLEMOI UK Ltd does not guarantee certification, regulatory approval, market authorization, or administrative acceptance.

The Customer remains solely responsible for:

  • final decisions regarding its products and services;
  • legal compliance of its activities;
  • validation of documents and procedures;
  • declarations made to competent authorities.

3.4 Quotations and Customized Services

Certain ASPS services may be subject to a specific quotation, separate agreement, or special contractual conditions.

In case of contradiction between these T&Cs and a separate ASPS agreement signed with the Customer, the provisions of the separate agreement shall prevail.

4. Products

The products offered for sale are those described on the website at the time of consultation.

The Seller takes the greatest care in presenting and describing products to provide Customers with accurate information. However, minor variations may exist, particularly due to screen display settings or materials used.

Product photographs are non-contractual.
